Robert Warrens is one of Louisiana's most acclaimed artists and influential art educators. He retired from the art faculty at LSU in 1998 after 31 years on the Baton Rouge campus, but continues to sculpt and paint. Warrens is currently represented in New Orleans by the Sylvia Schmidt Gallery.
