Classical 104.9 FM • Butterflies

In downtown New Orleans, the Audubon Butterfly Garden & Insectarium delights visitors with all manner of flying beauties like the Arched-Wing Cattleheart, the Monarch, the Blue Morpho and the Grecian Shoemaker!

During our locally-hosted program "Classical New Orleans" on FRIDAY, September 7, we will "give wing" to a full hour of lovely music based on -- and, inspired by -- butterflies !

FRIDAY, September 7th

James served as Classical Music Host and Music Director for WWNO from 1999-2007. He relocated to Atlanta with several WWNO staff members after Katrina, and, in 2007, he accepted a position as Music Director at KVNO in Omaha, Nebraska, where he coached young announcers, programmed, and hosted classical music until 2010.
