Curfew declared in Plaquemines Parish

Plaquemines Parish officials have issued an immediate dusk-to-dawn curfew as Hurricane Isaac neared the mouth of the Mississippi River.

The curfew covers the entire parish. Much of Plaquemines has been evacuated.
