This week on Inside the Arts, conversation with Los Angeles based comedy songwriter Bill Berry. His award-winning one man musical, Rose Petals and Ashes, is being performed at the 3rd annual Infringe Fest New Orleans. It opens tonight, with additional performances on Friday, November 9th and Sunday, November 11th at The Garret above Shaolin-Do, 4210 St. Claude Avenue.
