New Orleans city government is unleashing a world of new regulations on taxicabs, and it’s got United Cabs upset enough to drag the city into court.

Jack Culotta, the lead attorney for the drivers of United Cabs' class-action suit against City Hall, explains why. On the other side of the table, Sheree Kerner takes a different approach. As an ex-president of United Cabs, and founder of startup rival Nawlins Cab,  she supports the city's reforms.
