Political Strategists Weigh In On McGahn Stepping Down, Tuesday's Primary Results

White House counsel Don McGahn announced Wednesday he’ll be stepping down this fall. Also, following the death of Sen. John McCain Saturday, primaries were held Tuesday in Arizona, Oklahoma and Florida.
