Nearly 5,000 nurses in Minnesota are on strike this week.
Their seven-day action, scheduled to end Sunday, affects five hospitals in and near Minneapolis and St. Paul. The nurses, who work for Allina Health, are upset because Allina wants them to switch to corporate health insurance.
