Update Your Crucial Sustaining Membership!

Ensuring that your monthly contribution remains uninterrupted is vital to keeping the station on the air. If you need to update your billing information, please take a few moments to do so by choosing one of the following options:

1. Use this secure online form to update the card number, but please note this will process the new card at the time of submission
2. Sign up for our new membership portal, myWWNO, which is fully functional and secure, although we are still fixing some cosmetic user interface issues; this option allows for updating payment details without processing the new card at the time of submission  (you are also able to update your giving amount or cancel if needed)
3. Call our toll-free membership services phone line at 844-790-1094; inform the phone agent that you are an existing sustaining member who is calling to update your billing information over the phone with them.
4. Email us at membership@wwno.org if you need to change your giving amount or pause/cancel your monthly contribution.
