Hurricane Ian sets sights on southwest Florida after hitting Cuba

Hurricane Ian made landfall in western Cuba yesterday with sustained winds of up to 125 miles per hour.

Millions of southwest Florida residents are now in the storm’s path. Many have been forced to evacuate or are sheltering in their homes. 

Hurricane Ian will be the first storm to hit the Tampa region in more than a hundred years.
