Dorian On Track To Hit Puerto Rico Wednesday, Could Become Hurricane Before Hitting Florida

Tropical Storm Dorian is gaining strength as it moves toward Puerto Rico Wednesday. President Trump declared a state of emergency Tuesday for the island in advance of Dorian’s arrival.

Forecasts are now showing the tropical storm could become a hurricane before hitting Florida’s coast.
