On Sunday, April 5, The Monteleone’s signature Criollo Restaurant will offer an Easter Brunch – an exclusive three-course menu available for the Easter holiday – for $65 per person. Diners can spend their Sunday day listening to live jazz, while savoring coastal flavors of the Louisiana Gulf; all served in an atmosphere that balances relaxed coastal charm and Southern soul with elevated service.
The three-course menu includes:
- Sicilian Spring Salad with Louisiana blue crab, shaved fennel, white asparagus, orange, toasted pistachios, mint, charred blood orange and Texas honey vinaigrette
- Choice of Entrée:
- Rosemary & Pomegranate Roasted Free-Range Chicken with artichokes, Castelvetrano olives, olive oil-crushed fingerling potatoes, Bottega Vinai Pinot Grigio, Beurre Blanc
- Grilled Ruby Red shrimp with fried egg, lemon & herbed whipped ricotta, grilled ciabatta, basil-infused olive oil, almond crumble
- Orange Tarragon Semifreddo features a lime genoise, blood orange gel,
marinated citrus and honeycomb dust
