The Superdome: From Vision To Fruition

This year, the Louisiana Superdome celebrates 50 years hosting unforgettable events in downtown New Orleans. Businessman Dave Dixon worked closely with Governor John McKeithen to make the peerless covered stadium a reality. The Historic New Orleans Collection spoke with Dixon in 2009 and he's the subject of this edition of NOLA Life Stories.
