Bard Early College in New Orleans

New Orleans, Louisiana – Across New Orleans, seniors are wrapping up high school this month. For some students, graduation brings more than a diploma. Thanks to Bard Early College in New Orleans, over a hundred seniors will leave New Orleans' highest needs public and charter schools with a head start on college. Located in Tivoli, New York, Bard College sees college as an opportunity to develop as an intellectual, as an individual, and as a citizen, and they've brought this philosophy to New Orleans' students. Eve Abrams reports.
