White House Aides Defy Subpoenas In Impeachment Inquiry

Four White House witnesses scheduled to appear before the impeachment inquiry on Monday are skipped their meetings with investigators, defying subpoenas from the House Intelligence Committee and escalating the political battle over impeachment.

Eisenberg was reportedly instrumental in locking down the transcript of President Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president by moving it to a top-secret server.
