The public will hear testimony Tuesday from Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the top Ukraine specialist on the National Security Council. State Department aide Jennifer Williams will also testify.
Both witnesses were listening to a July 25 phone call between President Trump and the president of Ukraine.
