Kate Scheuermann

Kate, despite the title, can’t help you navigate the roads, or fix the potholes; “traffic” in the public radio world is the way our underwriters’ support is scheduled on the air. 

Kate is an enthusiastic new employee to WWNO, after having spent the last thirteen years as a bank manager. A native Michigander, she moved to her husband’s home town of New Orleans in the spring of 2016.  Her other passions include environmental causes and shopping locally. She has been an NPR listener since she was young, and has always thought of it as the “soundtrack to my life.”
