Kellis Oldenburg and Donavan Davis, Marigny Opera Ballet's 'Orfeo'

This week on Inside the Arts... a prelude to Art for Arts' Sake as the Contemporary Arts Center presents a unique multi-media concert. We get a sneak peek at ETHEL's Documerica. The progressive string quartet ETHEL will blend vintage photos of America with a wide range of musical styles.

Then, an iconic French Quarter restaurant caps off its year long, 175th Anniversary, with a Prohibition-themed Gala and Block party. We celebrate with Antoine's!

And, we round out with the world premiere of Orfeo as the Marigny Opera Ballet opens its new season with this adaptation inspired by Monteverdi's baroque opera, l'Orfeo.

Airs Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 8:45 a.m.
