Why the New Orleans city council moved to shut down mayor’s less-than-a-day-old executive order

In New Orleans, Mayor LaToya Cantrell’s executive order suspending residency requirements for certain employees was shot down by the City Council. City Council member JP Morrell tells us what this means for council-mayoral relations. And editorial director and columnist for The Advocate, Stephanie Grace, analyzes what this says about the limitations on mayoral power.
