The Politics Roundtable: October 16, 2020

Take a ride on the inaugural voyage of the The Politics Roundtable.  News Director Patrick Madden kicked things off with The Advocate's Stephanie Grace, talking about the pet project spending bill  and the ongoing game of political football between the New Orleans Saints and Mayor LaToya Cantrell.

Later, Shreveport Mayor Adrian Perkins talked about why he's running for U.S. Senate. In fact, the Democratic challenger called on Republican incumbent Bill Cassidy to debate on WWNO and WRKF.

And we heard from New Orleans Council President Jason Williams, who is running to be the city's next district attorney. Williams explained why he thinks he's the most progressive candidate in the race.
