Inside The Arts: Orfeo Returns, Askin’s Hand To God, Williams' Sweet Bird Of Youth

Marigny Opera Ballet: Orfeo

This week on Inside the Arts, "Orfeo" returns to the Marigny Opera House. The original full length ballet, is inspired by an Italian opera and based on the Greek legend of Orpheus and Eurydice. We talk with choreographer Maya Taylor and producer Dave Hurlbert.

Then, the Storyville Collective presents Robert Askin's "Hand  to God".  The Tony nominated comedy takes audiences on a journey with a possessed Christian Ministry puppet. Artistic director Michael McKelvey joins us

And, Tennessee Williams' "Sweet Bird of Youth" presented by Southern Rep Theatre continues its run in Loyola University's Marquette Theatre. Actors Leslie Castay and Martin Bradford stop by for a chat.
