City officials say the threat of high winds forced them to reschedule Thursday's Mardi Gras parades in Uptown.
The Muses and Babylon parades will now roll on Friday. Muses will start at 4:45 p.m., followed by Babylon at 5:15.
Chaos has been moved to Sunday at 1 p.m. and will follow the Krewe of Thoth.
