This week on Inside the Arts, veteran New Orleans actor Bob Edes, Jr. is the Commander-in-Chief in Pulitzer Prize winning playwright David Mamet's political farce, November. The Oval Office satire depicting bad behavior in high places returns to Kenner's Rivertown Theaters. Director Sean Patterson stops by for a chat.

And, the legacy of Charles "Buddy" Bolden comes alive on a college campus. The first king of New Orleans jazz is the subject of Xavier University's Culture of New Orleans Series. The event "Buddy Bolden and the Birth of Jazz in New Orleans" is hosted by renowned jazz historian and clarinetist Dr. Michael White. He joins us in our studio.

Airs Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m., and Thursdays at 8:45 a.m.
