A new season of summer performances kick off this weekend with Tony Award winning composer Jason Robert Brown's Songs for a New World. Artistic director Michael McKelvey joins us by phone.
The season opener will be performed in the courtyard of the New Orleans Jazz Museum, 400 Esplanade Avenue. There will be four performances June 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th at 7:30 pm.
