On Today’s episode of Louisiana Considered, Casey Tingle, Director of the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, tells us how the Biden administration is aiming to reinstate an Obama-era program to place disaster survivors in apartments rather than trailers.

Then meteorologist Dan Holiday outlines the top-20 most expensive disasters of 2021, many of which impacted Louisiana.
