Patrick Madden and The Advocate’s Stephanie Grace chat with New Orleans District Attorney Jason Williams on how he plans to address this ongoing problem. They discuss his recent public disagreement with the New Orleans Police Department and his proposals to increase public safety and the rates of cleared cases.
