'This Is A Last-Ditch Effort': Lake Charles Mayor Begs Residents To Evacuate Ahead Of Laura

Mandatory evacuations are underway in Lake Charles and Calcasieu Parish, as forecasters say Hurricane Laura is strengthening and could possibly become a Category 4 storm when it hits the area.
