Hallie Sheck

Membership Manager

Hallie Sheck joined the team at WWNO in the summer of 2011 while studying to get her Masters of Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans.

Prior to enrolling in the university, Hallie’s past experience was predominantly in the film industry, including a B.F.A. in Motion Picture Production from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. In addition to her work at WWNO, Hallie belongs to the Mystic Krewe of Nyx, is part of Culture Collision's organizing committee, and is a co-founder & president of the New Orleans Browns Backers (yes, that's a real thing). She is always happy to chat with other public radio lovers and members (and football fans), so please don't hesitate to reach out with questions about your membership and comments about the station in general, (and/or thoughts about your favorite team's offseason moves): 504-280-7002 or hsheck@wwno.org.

I Love WWNO!

Once Upon a Time there was a listener (you) who lovingly and regularly tuned into their dearest public radio station (us), and it was an immediate “happily ever after” situation from then onward.

This Valentine’s Day, New Orleans Public Radio is launching its first ever “I Love WWNO” campaign to help raise awareness about the importance of public radio, and to promote the value it has in our community.
